Recipe: Lobster Sashimi with Dill Lemon Vinaigrette Dressing


Lemon juice & fresh dill vinaigrette

  • ½ cup olive oil
  • 2 teaspoon white wine vinegar
  • 1 ½ tablespoons chopped fresh dill
  • 2 teaspoons lemon zest
  • ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • teaspoon sugar
  • Salt taste



  1. Gently mix all ingredients, except for the salt in a bowl
  2. Lightly season with salt
  3. Adjust the seasoning to taste, i.e. add a little more sugar if dressing is too acidic
