Recipe: Lobster Sashimi with Dill Lemon Vinaigrette Dressing

INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup olive oil
- 2 teaspoon white wine vinegar
- 1 ½ tablespoons chopped fresh dill
- 2 teaspoons lemon zest
- ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- teaspoon sugar
- Salt taste
METHOD
- Gently mix all ingredients, except for the salt in a bowl
- Lightly season with salt
- Adjust the seasoning to taste, i.e. add a little more sugar if dressing is too acidic
