Recipe: Lobster Sashimi with Ponzu Dressing


Japanese-style ponzu dressing

  • 500ml ponzu sauce
  • 50g fresh ginger
  • 7 cloves fresh garlic
  • 50g red onion, finely chopped
  • 20g sugar
  • 70ml fresh lemon juice



  1. Finely chop garlic, ginger and red onion
  2. Place in a large bowl, add lemon juice
  3. Gently mix through
  4. Add sugar and gently stir
  5.  Add ponzu sauce
  6. Adjust seasoning if required
