a) I have/ have not held a western rock lobster managed fishery licence. b) I note that the Board will consider each application for membership at a Board meeting and must at that Board meeting, or the next Board meeting, accept or reject the application. c) I note that as an Associate Member of the Western Rock Lobster Council, I have no right to vote at a General Meeting in accordance to the Western Rock Lobster Council Rules of Association clause 6.2 (b). Enclosed is a copy of the Western Rock Lobster Council Inc. Rules of Association for your reference. d) Upon acceptance as an Associate Member of WRLC, I hereby authorize WRLC to enter my name in the Registrar of Members, and promise faithfully to abide by the Rules of the WRLC. e) The information I have provided is true and correct in every detail.
